In addition to the above, the Applicant shall also be required to pay GST on the total amount at 18% and any other taxes levied by the Government or competent authority, from time to time. The relevant amount from the table above along with applicable taxes would be

Together referred to as the “Participation Cost”. The relevant premium applicable, as mentioned above, shall also be referred to as “Premium”.
The participant is liable to deduct TDS under Section 194 C @ 2% and provide TDS certificate within 30 days from the end of the quarter, in which TDS has been deducted (in case of any query regarding the same, you may contact GJC office)
