ALLOTMENT PROCESS

1. The application being made through this Application Form shall only be considered for the allotment of booths for the INDIA GEM & JEWELLERY SHOW (GJS), scheduled from 7th to 10th April 2023 at the Bombay Exhibition Centre (NESCO), Mumbai.
GJS September 2023 edition will be scheduled from 30th September to 3rd October 2023 at Jio World Convention Centre.
2. Allotment Preference:
- a. First preference will be given to the exhibitors who had participated in GJS April 2022, September 2022 edition, April 2023 edition and September 2023 edition;
- b. Second preference will be given to the Exhibitors GJS – September 2022 edition, April 2023 edition and September 2023 edition
- c. Third preference will be given to the Exhibitors of GJS September 2022 and participating in April 2023 edition
- d. Fourth preference will be given to the exhibitors who had participated in GJS April 2022 edition, and participating in April 2023 edition and September 2023 edition
- e. Fifth preference will be given to the exhibitors who had participated in GJS April 2022 edition and participating in April 2023 edition
- f. Sixth Preference will be given to new Applicants of April 2023 edition (Life Members)
- g. Seventh Preference will be given to new Applicants of April 2023 edition (Annual Members)
3. Only those applicants will be allotted stall who have submitted the required advance payment along with GST.
4. If booth is not allotted to an applicant by GJC for whatsoever the reason maybe, the advance amount will be refunded to the applicant without any interest, within 15 working days of the decision of non-allocation
5. Allocation preference of space will range in descending order (big booth to small booth), followed by Life Member and then the Annual members.
6. GJC, in its sole and exclusive discretion reserves the right to accept or reject the Application after due verification of the profile of the Applicant. It is hereby clarified that the decision of GJC, its representatives, officials or the committee of GJS shall be final and binding on the Applicant.

Disclamer: GJC will be working, planning, and taking actions basis the representations and interest shown by Applicants through this Application Form. Please note that mere submission of the Application Form does not guarantee an allocation of booth space in the Exhibition.
