ALLOTMENT PROCESS

1.Allotment Preference:

To ensure a fair and transparent allocation process, the following criteria will be applied:
1. Relocation Priority: GJS Sept 2024 participants wishing to relocate to the Silver Pavilion will be given first preference.
2. New Applicants: Allocation will start with 12 stalls for new applicants.
3. Membership Priority: Allocation will prioritize:
- Life Members
- Annual Members
These criteria will ensure a smooth and equitable allocation process for the Silver Pavilion.

DISCLAMER: GJC will be working, planning, and taking actions basis the representations and interest shown by Applicants through this Application Form. Please note that mere submission of the Application Form does not guarantee an allocation of booth space in the Exhibition.
