ALLOTMENT PROCESS

1. The application being made through this Application Form shall only be considered for the allotment of booths for the GJS, scheduled from 4th to 7th April 2025 at Jio World Convention Centre, Mumbai.
2. Allotment Preference:
- 1. First preference will be given to the exhibitors who had participated in GJS April 2024, GJS September 2024, participating in GJS April 2025 and have applied till April 2026 edition.
- 2. Second preference will be given to the exhibitors who had participated in GJS September 2024, participating in GJS April 2025 and have applied till April 2026 edition.
- 3. Third preference will be given to applicants of GJS September 2024 and participating in GJS April 2025 edition.
- 4. Fourth preference will be given to new applicants of GJS April 2025 edition only.
3. Only those applicants will be allotted stall who have submitted the required advance payment of Participation Cost along with GST.
4. If a booth is not allotted to an Applicant by GJC for whatsoever reason, the advance amount of Participation Cost will be refunded to the Applicant without any interest, within 15 working days of the decision of non-allocation.
5. Allocation preference of space will range in descending order of booth size (big booth to small booth), followed by membership status, i.e. life members and then the annual members.
6. GJC, in its sole and exclusive discretion, reserves the right to accept or reject the Application Form after due verification of the profile of the Applicant. It is hereby clarified that the decision of GJC, its representatives, officials or the committee of GJS shall be final and binding on the Applicant.

DISCLAMER: GJC will be working, planning, and taking actions basis the representations and interest shown by Applicants through this Application Form. Please note that mere submission of the Application Form does not guarantee an allocation of booth space in the Exhibition.
